There are many details that must be considered in order to plan a meaningful funeral. Thinking through all details and co-ordinating the service may be difficult tasks at this time.

That is why our professional staff of caring individuals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to gently assist families make informed decisions and offer many choices for a loved one’s funeral.

Our funeral care includes:

  • Where applicable, arranging Returned Servicemen’s, Lodge Services or other affiliations’ involvement.
  • Arranging to pay clients’ disbursement costs on their behalf -including crematorium or cemetery fees, press announcements and clergy offerings.
  • Arranging floral tributes for the funeral.
  • Collection of medical certificates for both burials and cremations.
  • Registration of death with the relevant authorities.
  • Providing a wide selection of coffins and caskets.
  • Support and assistance with any family or cultural ritual.

On the Day of the Funeral we...

  • Have a Funeral Conductor co-ordinate the services with our dedicated and courteous staff and oversee proceedings.
  • Transfer the deceased to the location of the funeral.
  • Manage the signing of a Memorial Book, if required.
  • Transport family members to and from services, if required.
  • Provide a national or other flag, if required.
  • Provide undercover canopy and seating for grave-side ceremonies.
  • Provide umbrellas in inclement weather.
  • Provide drinking water in hot weather.
  • Have staff qualified in first-aid to assist attendees if needed.
  • Arrange floral tributes and organise their return to meet your wishes.
  • Donation tribute envelopes, if requested.

All of these elements are included in our flat service fee
